Shipping
We ship nationwide. Delivery lead time may vary depending on the delivery service and your location. We are not responsible for shipment delay due to traffic, accidents, calamities as well as lost item caused by the courier.

Returns and Exchange

Please always choose carefully as we do not exchange, and refund products after you just changed your mind or made a mistake.

Perfume Philippines does not sell any products that are imitations or fakes. We do not accept returns for products that have already been "USED". If you already opened the item and use it, return no longer allowed. We only allow items to be returned if the product itself has been damaged during transit/delivery, provided that the item has not yet opened.
